Day 1: Precision Foundations (3 Hours)
Kick off with a laser-focused breakdown of elite shooting form. We'll dissect your mechanics using high-speed video analysis to identify and correct subtle flaws in stance, grip, and release. Expect high-rep drills on balance drills, footwork integration, and one-motion shooting under fatigue. Finish with partner feedback sessions to lock in muscle memory. Walk away with a personalised form checklist to transform inconsistency into reliability.
Day 2: Dynamic Range Expansion (3 Hours)
Amp up the intensity with off-dribble and off-balance shooting at game speeds. Master pull-ups, step-backs, and catch-and-shoot sequences from NBA-range spots, incorporating defensive pressure simulations. We'll incorporate resistance bands for explosive hip drive and mental reps for quick-release decision-making. End with a variety of shooting drills, such as the gauntlet, to measure your progress—expect to push your percentages higher under simulated chaos.
Day 3: Game Simulation & Mastery (3 Hours)
Put it all together in full-court scenarios: 3v3 half-court battles, transition threes, and clutch-moment recreations. Refine your shot under live defence, with direct feedback and insights from our coaching staff, to highlight strengths and gaps. Cap the camp with a competitive shootout tournament and one-on-one coaching debriefs, including key take-home points and shot breakdowns. Leave camp not just a better shooter, but a confident finisher in high-stakes moments.
